If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at Order@imperialsportswear.com within 30 days to arrange  for an exchange and/or an in-house credit.  We do not offer a cash or  credit card refund.

For  sanitary reasons, returned garment(s) must have tags attached and not show evidence of wear.  All returns must be received within 30 days.  Please note that we do not take returns for Children's Extra-Small garments nor Adult's Extra-Large (or  larger) garments.  

 Please return your garment(s) with their original container.  We  recommend returns via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail® with tracking/confirmation.  This is our preferred method of shipment because your  package's progress can be tracked and confirmed through the United States postal service via their internet websitewww.usps.com.

For your own protection, we also recommend insuring your package for the full value of the returned
item(s). We cannot be held responsible for returns that are not received and were not insured.

  • Dresses that have been custom designed as "one-of-a-kind" garments are not returnable.
     
  • Dresses purchased from our "custom dresses" categories are returnable--as long as they are stock colors and sizes.
     
  • Decorated garments (i.e.: crystals and/or beadwork) are not returnable  or exchangeable.
     
  • If in doubt, please  purchase your garment undecorated and return it to be embellished after you have confirmed a proper fit.
     
  • Please also note that  most decorated dresses take 4-6 weeks to ship!
